  1. Initiate the Transfer: During an active call, press the "Transfer" button on your handset. This places the caller on hold while you set up the transfer.
  2. Choose the Transfer Type: You can choose to either:
  3. Blind Transfer: Transfer the call without speaking to the recipient first. After pressing "Transfer," simply dial the number or extension of the person you’re transferring to, and then press "Transfer" again to complete the process.
  4. Consultative Transfer: Speak to the recipient before completing the transfer. Press "Transfer," dial the number or extension, and wait for the recipient to answer. Once you've informed them about the call, press "Transfer" again to connect the caller.
  5. Complete the Transfer: After pressing "Transfer" the second time, the call will be successfully transferred, and you can hang up your handset.
